Recharge your batteries in our friendly, quiet gîte on the edge of the Parc naturel du Morvan, in the very heart of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Quiet and love of nature are what we wish to share with our guests on this farm so rich in history.
We have completely renovated ourgîte in order to offer visitors to the Côte d’Or the charm of tradition together with modern comfort, in an effort to satisfy their quest for authenticity.
Five chambres d’hôtes
Discover the quiet charm of our upstairs bedrooms, which offer a wonderful view of the Auxois and the Morvan. Connect with the past and enjoy the beauty of those rustic beams, typical of old buildings in the Côte d’Or.
Bathrooms are private, breakfast is included, and we offer preferential rates from the second night: comfort, calm and pleasure of the senses await you at the Tour de Giry.
In the morning, while listening to the birds singing you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the green hills of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
A convivial table d’hôtes
Our passion for the environment dictating that we should have our own farm production, you will savour at our table home-cooked dishes made from selected fresh products.
Our vegetable garden as well as our chickens, rabbits and ducks yield every day wholesome fresh foods which we turn into mouth-watering dishes.
With a capacity of 15 people, ourtable d’hôtes in the very heart of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté invites you to sample our authentic, refined cuisine and to share our ideas and passions.
Our gîte
Our gîte, located in a former sheep-barn apart from the main building, offers our guests quiet and privacy.
With a maximum capacity of 8 people, this gîte features the comfort you expect: fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, bedrooms and a large dining room – spread over 150 square metres.
You also have the use of two private terraces: one at the back of the building, surrounded by greenery; the other looking onto our farmyard.
You can enjoy the seasonal produce of our vegetable garden. You can also order the day before the fresh bread and viennoiseries delivered by our baker every morning.
A place located between nature and culture
Whatever your wishes, our accommodation at Chazelle l’Echo affords a wide range of leisure and discovery in the Côte d’Or.
Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the greenery of the Parc naturel du Morvan, the exploration of Burgundy on foot, on bicycle or on horseback, as well as aquatic activities and fishing.
History and culture lovers will marvel at the historical wealth of this heritage land: the Abbey of Fontenay, the mediaeval city of Semur-en-Auxois and the site of Alésia – to mention but a few – await you. Come and discover them.
